Duck! Rabbit!Amy Krouse Rosenthal died March 13, 2017 at the age of 51. Best known for her children’s books, Amy wrote a love letter to her husband that was published in the New York Times shortly before she died.

She shared with her readers the wonderful man who has been her husband for 26 years. As a faux ad for a dating site, she described the  love they shared and the remarkable man any woman would be proud to know.  “You May Want to Marry My Husband” was printed just ten days before her death. Her memorable children’s books will also keep both kids and adults smiling for years to come. Thank you for your contribution to literature, Amy. You will be missed.
