Saturday October 12th from 11-4pm is the Warwick Children’s Book Festival. Alyssa Capucilli (Biscuit books), Barbara Dee, Amy Ignatow (Star Wars Jedi Academy), James Preller, and Todd Strasser are a few of the over 60 authors and illustrators who will be in attendance. The festival is free and visitors will enjoy music from the Uncle Brothers local band. There will be a sign language story time, face painting and an opportunity to read with therapy dogs. The festival has been held since 2005 and brings hundreds of visitors. Picnickers are welcome.
